Return Policy
- We understand sometimes it’s just not the right fit. Our return policy is return within 14 days upon receiving your order for a full refund/store credit/or exchange.
- Shipping is at the cost of the customer.
- We do not offer returns/refunds/ or exchanges on pieces that have been resized or custom orders
- Items that are not the accurate size can be sent back to be adjusted to the correct size, but not returned
Shipping Policy
- Items that need no alteration can be expected to ship within 7 business days of purchase.
- Items needing alteration (resize, different chain, etc.) will be shipped no earlier than 1 week after purchase and no later than 4 weeks after purchase.
- Custom orders/Items made to order can be expected to ship within 3-6 weeks of purchase.
- The customer will receive shipping and tracking information for their order via email once the order has shipped and is on its way.
- We will reach out via email or other contact info provided if there is any change or expected delay in shipping.
Damaged items
- If the customers purchased item has been damaged/squished/stone broken or fallen out, the customer has a 1 year warranty from the date of receiving the item to have it fixed.
- Damaged items fall under the same 14 day return window as stated in the return policy above.
- Items or stones that have been scratched by wear are not considered damaged
